Eligibility & Account Registration

- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. chk44 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login information. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify chk44 support immediately.
- chk44 reserves the right to conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or upon detection of unusual account activity. Failure to complete KYC verification within the time specified by chk44 may result in account restriction or suspension.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
chk44 supports a range of payment methods suited to players in Bangladesh, including mobile financial services and international cards. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:
Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount at chk44 is ৳500 (five hundred Bangladeshi Taka). Deposits are processed instantly via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Visa and Mastercard deposits are also accepted subject to standard card processing times. chk44 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days subject to completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals will be credited only to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations. chk44 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Currency
All transactions on chk44 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Where a player initiates a transaction in a different currency, chk44's prevailing exchange rate will be applied at the time of the transaction. Currency conversion differences are not grounds for dispute.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal in respect of any deposit made to chk44 is a serious breach of these Terms. chk44 reserves the right to immediately suspend any account subject to a chargeback claim, forfeit all associated balances, and pursue recovery through appropriate legal channels. Players with outstanding chargeback disputes may be permanently banned from the platform.
Bonuses & Promotions
chk44 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to an individual promotion:
- All bonuses issued by chk44 carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be satisfied before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before the wagering requirement is met will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless specifically stated in the promotion terms. - Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only for the specified game or games listed in the promotion terms. Free spin winnings may be subject to a maximum cap and a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Unused free spins expire at the time stated in the promotion terms.

Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on chk44. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following actions may have their account immediately suspended, their balance forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:
Collusion

Use of Bots or Automated Software
Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in games, manipulate outcomes, or scrape data from chk44 is strictly prohibited. chk44 employs technical measures to detect and block non-human activity and will act against accounts suspected of using such tools.
Abusive Behaviour
Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at chk44 staff, customer support agents, or other players via any communication channel associated with chk44 will result in immediate account suspension. chk44 maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards all forms of harassment and abuse.
Intellectual Property & Privacy
All content published on chk44, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, and brand elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of chk44 or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the chk44 platform without express written authorisation from chk44. Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution

The decision of chk44's disputes team, reached after a full review of all available evidence, shall be final and binding.
Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or software failure that affects game outcomes or transaction records, chk44 reserves the right to void affected bets and restore player balances to their pre-malfunction state. chk44 is not liable for losses resulting from system failures beyond its reasonable control, including third-party payment gateway disruptions.
Amendments & Governing Law
chk44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, chk44 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the platform or by email.
